Rafting

Few rafting rivers in the world can match the thundering courses of the rivers of Nepal, which originate from the snow meltdown and the rains in the Himalayan terrains and contours. The rivers gush through twisted canyons, and wind through valleys and tame out only as they spill out into the Gangetic plains of India to merge with other river systems.

A river trip is one of the best ways to explore the typical cross-sections of the country's natural and ethno-cultural heritage. White-water thrills provide massive doses of adrenaline.

Rafting trips are organized as packages by long experienced Nepali teams.  Just choose how tough you want it and they will suggest the right river for you.  Trips can be as short as two days, and some as long as 2 weeks mixed up with trekking, beach dancing, and kayak learning.

Kayaking
Speed down these amazing rivers, and test your reflexes to the maximum.  Or simply cruise down and learn the basics of this adrenaline packed sport.  If you are alone, just join up a rafting team!  Guides often tell kayakers, "don't show you are having too much fun, or everybody will want it!"
